Advice, Guidance and Management

Development of HR Management Strategy
A HR Management strategy is used to address the Human Resources components of an organization's plans to meet its business objectives. We can assist you with its development. A strategy is designed to identify the sort of people needed to run an organization to meet its objectives. It would include, for example, what would be necessary to recruit, retain and develop the right people. It would set out the measures, training programmes and other business processes to be designed and implemented within the organization.
Development of Workforce Handbooks
We offer this service to design and develop a handbook for your employees to include their terms and conditions of employment, their benefits and your organizations reward structures.
Facilitation

Implementation of 360 Degree Feedback
We can assist you to develop and implement a 360 Degree Feedback programme. 360 degree feedback is a review process for people in your organization to receive comment on their performance. Unlike the usual one-to-one appraisal between an employee and their line manager this review elicits objective and constructive comment from a number of people who come into contact with the person. It helps employees to measure their performance against a number of competencies not necessarily in the scope of a one-to-one appraisal. This leads to the identification of a person's development needs.

We offer advice and support on equality and diversity policy in the workplace. From a business perspective we cover best practices, relevant legislation and how to avoid discrimination.

Structural and Cultural Changes
Dealing with change in an organization brings its own unique difficulties. We provide support and expertise to businesses undergoing change enabling them to deal with the problems that inevitably arise. We can analyse your business or a specific area of it and recommend changes. Then we provide the support using facilitative methods to help you to implement them. Our advice would aim to minimize the impact upon your business. We would assist you with any new training requirements as a result of the change by developing bespoke training courses.
Review of Pay and Reward Structures
We will undertake the analytical and diagnostic work required to review the pay and reward structures in your organization. After the review we can recommend and develop reward mechanisms in consultation with you.
Performance and Procedures Enhancement
