We are an independent company in the UK specializing in Human Resource Management techniques.

Providing a broad range of Human Resource Management skills, services and training, our knowledge is extensive, backed by over twenty years experience of working in this field.

We work with clients in the Public, Private and not-for-profit Sectors to develop and deliver bespoke HR training programmes and solutions, policies and strategic guidance.

The Director of the company is Heather Palmer MA.

Heather is a qualified and experienced Human Resources professional, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI).

Heather also works with academic bodies such as the NEC (National Extension College) and Anglia Ruskin University.

She particularly enjoys producing participative learning workshops and lecturing.

Heather Palmer

Heather is currently working in industry as a Human Resources Director. She has been working with Senior Management Teams and Company and Public Sector Boards since 1992.
